I go to the gym every day for at least 2 hours or every two days. If I buy 100 calories packs of Nabisco, it would be nice if we can in small increments PayBest eat and eat every day 1000 calories per day, of which 2 are in the Morgen 2 of them could clock at night and 2 for dinner?

Do not attempt any work to clean the colon or tablets, etc. .. . If you want to lose your weight and live healthy, it helps! Congratulations to the desire to live a healthier life and better integrated in the new year!

Here are some tips on diet:)

Eat breakfast one hours of awakening
5-6 meals from
Run partial control of the courts
Eat raw foods as much as possible
Limit consumption of part of the day
All sodas CUT OUT
8 glasses of water for at least one days
Take a multivitamin
No carbs after 2-3pm
Be sure to eat enough calories
A lot of lean protein like white meat and fish
Make meals ahead ... to eat more healthily if they have already
Drink a glass of water before eating a snack .. They are less hungry and eat less
Pre-snack mix-up
Eating a salad / app healthy. before a meal. Studies show people who eat the food 30% less
Keep track of what you eat
The attempt to establish a normal sleep patterns to regulate

3-4 days of cardio ... Mix and a 1 or 2 high-intensity heart
Liftin 2-3 daysg tonics:)
Always Stretch Stretch and make heating and cooling

Do not get too caught up in special diets. Remember the basic rule for weight loss is less fat (calories) and increasing physical activity.
There are simple things to help the metabolism and weight are:
1) Eat harm regularly skipping meals more harm than good.
2) Reduce (or drink only stop) on soda is much better for you in many ways.
3) Stay active. You should not result in a gym. Even walking into a decent pace for 30 minutes a day do wonders for you.

Diets = bad idea
If you try to lose weight to do everything we can to continue to do so if you lose weight in food in the diet must remain to keep alive her new look to ... to test what the person said below me, and less consumption (not) do drasticlly and increase the amount of exercise. Presentation can not be eternally lost without exercise!
